Collaboration
Bravopm is a collaboration platform that easily connects all the participants within a construction project. All participants can create, edit, and read the same information. Say goodbye to the old ways to manage projects: paperwork, time-consuming process, rework, and one-way and long communication. Use smart technology, Bravopm, as your PMIS, to save everybody's time in the project.
Cloud Storage
Bravopm is established on Microsoft Azure, a safe and stable cloud platform. What you need to do is only to open the browser. You do not need to install extra software or applications or to set servers on your own. By doing so, you can reduce the cost of software, hardware, and maintenance crew.
Complete Function
As a fruit of our rich experiences in the construction industry, Bravopm is built for construction projects. All the aspects of construction – communication, design, construction, tender, contract, quality and safe – are included in Bravopm in order to make sure our clients to run the project as efficiently as possible.
Bilingual System
You can review and add content in two languages. This bilingual setting allows the participants speaking different languages but in the same project can communicate smoothly by using the same form pages. Two languages can be exhibited at the same time on the same page. You can choose the two languages on your own. Or, you only want one single language shown on the page. It depends on the need in the communication of the project.
Permission Management
In Bravopm, you can set different permissions for different roles in the project. Each participant can access the corresponding pages with their different roles, positions, or responsibilities.
Project Dashboard
There is a project dashboard in each of the project home pages so that the users can track the to-do-list and decide the priority. The project dashboard contains colorful pie charts and effective links, visualize the progress, and allows direct accessing each individual item.
Self-designed Reports
The users can create different reports according to their different needs. There are various columns in Bravopm; a user can create a corresponding report that meets the requirement. For example, you can choose to let some of the columns shown while keep other less important columns hidden.
Powerful Search Engine
In a construction project, there is always a huge number of submittals, RFIs, contracts, and E-mails, which makes you feel lost in the sea of information and the maze of documents, and that is really frustrating. Bravopm here offers a really powerful engine that you can search any keywords you want, and then you can find the exact document or information you need.
Auto-notification E-Mail
Whenever there is a new RFI, submittal, or NCR, the system will notify you automatically via Bravopm's Gmail account. You can see the main information of this RFI, submittal, or NCR in the mail without accessing the system. With this notification, even you may not currently available, you can still see its content on your phone.
The Content Editor
The editor in Bravopm is user-friendly. Its way of creating new RFI, submittal, NCR, or any other report is just as easy as you are writing a blog.
SaaS Mode
We offer our product in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode. Namely, you do not need to install extra software. All you need to do is to access the internet and open the browser. We'll be responsible for managing your data in our cloud. Open the browser, and use Bravopm. By doing so, you can reduce the cost in IT, such as setting the server, maintaining the server, or keeping engineers.
How Do We Charge
We charge by projects, based on different scale, duration, and total amount of each project. Larger projects will take more room of allocation in the cloud, so the expense would be higher. The charge consists of two parts: license fee and subscription fee. Once the contract is signed, please pay the license fee and the upcoming one-year subscription fee in advance. If you do not want to use it anymore before the expiration of the contract, you can return the monthly subscription fee anytime. You do not need to worry about being tied down with the contract. If you are content with the system and would like to continue to use it after the contract expires, you can pay the next one-year subscription fee in advance.
Package Your Data
After the completion of the project, we will put all the data on the cloud space for one year. Within one year, you can still log in and read the project information, but you cannot add new ones or edit them. Within one year, the system is still available and in normal operation. One year after the completion of project, if you still want to use these data, you can pay to download them in packages. We will give you the digital file instead of paper file of the whole project so that you can keep them in your space. Please note that, if there are different revisions of the data, we will give you the final, latest file. If you need a paper file, you can print the digital file by yourself.
