​The design philosophy and concept of Bravopm is based on the information, documents, forms and reports used throughout the project lifecycle, and all project personnel can share information and track to-do items on the platform according to their levels of permissions. Design (Drawings, Specifications)

How do you manage the drawings? Do you have the most current drawing list at all time? Do you have a system that every project personnel can easily lookup and view the drawing at any time, whether in the office or on the jobsite with a mobile phone/pad or computer? Can you effectively grasp the changes of the previous and current revision when you manage change orders? Can you easily share any drawing with email or message communication software to relevant project staff?

 

Design Document

The design document page always displays the latest revision of each document. When you open/expand a document, you can see information of the latest (newest) revision as well as its all previous revisions and download/view the PDF and DWG files of each revision.

During construction, each new revision should come from official change order/variation and Bravopm creates links between them. You can easily check out all the drawings issued with a change order and compare them against previous revision in Bravopm.
 

Tender Drawing

Bravopm can automatically generate lists of tender drawings by discipline, for example, architecture set, structure set, ME set etc., with the latest (newest) revision number and date of each drawing. No matter how many revisions you have received during the tender/bid stage, you will always use the latest revision for quantity take-off and easily share that information with subcontractors.
 

Contract Drawing

Bravopm can automatically create a list of contract drawings by discipline, for example, architecture set, structure set, ME set etc., with the latest revision of each drawing. No matter how many revisions you have received during construction, you will always work on the latest approved revision and easily share that information with subcontractors.
 

Design Document Batch

You do not need to use ftp, Dropbox, and/or any other outside systems to transfer or share a huge amount of drawings and specifications if you have Bravopm. Further, when you need to send out a batch of documents for review and comment, the design document batch module can largely reduce the time and efforts of the review process: "send out the documents -> provide review comments -> consolidate all review comments -> revise and provide new version". All participants work on one single web page which contains all information they need!
 

BIM Model (coming soon)

On the Bravopm platform, you can view BIM models, conduct scene switching, distance measurement, building rotation and more directly from your computer or mobile phone/pad via browser without additional software. You can also do version control of BIM models and more model applications on the connected BIM collaborative platform.

Similar to Design Document module, Bravopm gives you the most updated shop drawing lists by discipline every time you open shop drawing pages.
 

*RFI

When RFIs cannot be answered in time, the whole project team will bear the risk of time delay and cost overrun. 
Bravopm's RFI module streamlines the RFI submit-answer process among contractor, PM, architect/engineer and the owner. Auto-notification emails with detail RFI information will be sent to all stakeholders when an RFI was submitted, responded, returned and answered. All responses with attachments are kept in Bravopm rather than in individual email so the RFI responsible person can quickly check out and consolidate all responses then come up with the final answer to reply to the issuing contractor.
 

Quality and Safety

How do you store the huge amount of quality and safety forms, photos and documents? How do you track outstanding quality issues? Bravopm's collaboration platform connects the QA/QC staff from the owner side and the contractor side closely to quickly resolve and rectify quality and safety defects. Inspection

Quality can only be assured through effective and solid inspections. Whether they are regular or random inspections, all the information and documents needed for the acceptance of inspection application and the outcome documents after inspection are kept in the Inspection module. For the defects found during Inspection, you can use NCR, Punch List and Safety Notice to monitor the rectification process.
 

*NCR (Non-Conformance Report)

NCR is a crucial mechanism for managing contractor's violation of contract during construction. Bravopm's NCR module streamlines the violation identification -> request/approve remedy proposal -> rectification confirmation process and allows you to attach any photos and videos which demonstrate the violation as well as the status after rectification. All photos can be displayed directly on the webpage and do not need to be downloaded one by one to view them.

Similar to NCR module, Punch List module enables you to identify and rectify each defect efficiently during handover inspections.

*Safety Notice

Safety is the basic requirement of every construction project and is the focus of public sector inspection. Any unsafe construction site or behavior should be audited and corrected/improved at any time. Bravopm has this stand-alone module that makes all safety-related issues more visible, highlighted and can be taken responsive actions.
 

Tender

Bravopm can help you manage the tendering tasks which are trivial but should not allow mistakes. You can keep track of the status of each tenderer, tender queries and addendums and keep the whole set of tender documents as well as the tender return documents on the corresponding modules. If you are a tenderer, all documents received from the client during tendering can be easily shared with your subcontractors to ensure their quotations are based on the latest documents.
 

Tender Invitation

Bravopm lets you to grasp the status of all the tenderers of each package including who was interested? who was pre-qualified? who was invited to submit tender? who has collected tender documents? who has submitted the tender? who was awarded? on a single web page. All that information and associating documents such as tender return documents, tender analysis and tender review reports are saved in the system and can be easily shared with commercial team members.
 

Tender Queries

During tendering, can you effectively manage the answer and distribution of each tender question? Addendum

Contract, variation and payment documents are crucial documents to protect your right and profit on each project. Bravopm further includes detail contractual information and documents of subcontractors and allows subcontractors share RFI and Submittal information.
 

Payment Log

Generally, each interim payment application comes with a lot of supporting documents. Bravopm helps you easily upload a large number and amount of attachments and store the detail information of each payment record. You can easily track outstanding payments and check out the payment progress of the entire project.

Potential Change Register

When there are any events that may affect the time and/or cost of the project, you should register them in this module for preparing variations or claims. You should regularly evaluate all the active potential changes for risk management.
 

Notice of Potential Change (NPC) / Change Order Request (COR)

In the change process, a Notice of Potential Change/Change Order Request is used to notify the owner of the potential changes with reasons and estimates of cost and time impact and get the owner's approval for issuing Change Order. Bravopm helps you manage NPCs/CORs and keep all relevant information and documents throughout the project to avoid disputes between the owner and the owner's representative.

Change Order (CO)/Owner's Instruction (OWI)/Engineer's Instruction (EI)

Change occurs in every construction project. CO/OWI/EI is the official document which is issued to the contractor for contract change. A complete change order record should include the description, relevant drawings, specifications, the estimates from the QS and claims from the contractor and all back and forth communications until settlement. Bravopm helps you manage all the above information and documents in one secure place to ensure the cost numbers in cost reports and final account are accurate.

Communication

Project directory maintenance, correspondence management and meeting management are the fundamental but important tasks in project management. Detailed and complete records of correspondence and meeting minutes would be crucial for resolving disputes to protect your interests.
 

Directory

Bravopm provides company-level and project-level directory modules. The project directory records can be imported from the company directory when the companies' and contacts' records exist in the company directory. With Bravopm, you can quickly search the specific project members by name, nickname, phone number, and email address and job title etc.
 

Correspondence

A detailed and complete correspondence log is very important for project management. Bravopm's Correspondence module provides sufficient fields for management purposes and attributes for grouping, as well as a highly customizable numbering system that automatically generates correspondence numbers in accordance with the numbering convention of the incoming and outgoing correspondences of different correspondence types used on the project.
 

Meeting

Do you always spend a lot of time preparing and distributing meeting minutes? How do you track the tasks assigned to you in all meetings? How do you find a particular topic among all meeting minutes? Can you take minutes in the Rich Text Format? Can I embed pictures or attach files in meeting minutes? Bravopm's Meeting module let you handle the above tasks in the most efficient way. In addition, the flexible layout allows the user to adjust to the desired format; each meeting item can be attached with any attachment file and saved permanently in the cloud; when the user enters the project, the dashboard displays the full project and the user's pending meeting items. , no longer miss or overdue any meeting project.
 

Transmittal

With Bravopm, you don't need to use outside systems such as ftp, Dropbox or instant message software to transfer files. You can register all project-related files and transfer them through this module immediately. All files can be permanently retained in Bravopm with a complete audit record.
 

Email

You can compose emails without leaving Bravopm. Whether as a reminder, notification or information sharing, the integrated email system will automatically populate item/record information to the email subject, email addresses of recipients and the link of the document which you are working on, you only need to complete the email content then click the [Send] button.
 

Schedule and Progress

We are often asked if Bravopm has scheduling capability to produce Gantt bar chart? Unfortunately, the answer is No. As a PMIS, the point is how the system can help you manage all kinds of schedules, baseline, current plan, 7-day look up, 30-day look up, 90-day look up etc., from different packages. Milestone
